Polite, Prompt, Professional:
From the onset the Cornerstone Technician was prompt and thorough, gave us all of our options, educated us on the products available. Dana, kept in contact with us throughout and answered our questions. From the Installation forward, each employee that we came in contact with have been polite, prompt, and professional. We appreciate each one of them. Please know that we will refer your company to anyone that asks us. You made a difficult decision easier to handle.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I originally called for a repair job and the advisor was very quick to find
the problem and had my air working in minutes!! He didn't try to sell me
anything but, I casually asked about a new system as mine was very old and I had
actually been thinking of replacing it as soon as I could afford to do so. I am
so happy I did!! I got a great price and I love my new a/c (and the tax rebate
was just the incentive I needed). The installers were very nice and professional
and had my unit installed in no time at all. My experience was excellent!

Not a sham review. These guys/gals are professionals
This is a real customer who really
hired these guys. If you have been reading review, you know a lot of these
companies tell their employees to pad the reviews. Well that isn't me. I
searched the net near my home and came up with these guys. I had used Rescue
Air/Sheppard Air and felt like I need to take a bath the rep was
so slimy. When I called, I spoke to James who, by the way, is not some slick
talking guy. He was very matter of fact and straight to the point. I had woke
him up at 7:30 on a Saturday and he didn't yell at me so we were off to good
start. The gentleman who came out was very happy. He spotted the problem right
away, (flood release switch went off because the system had not been cleaned
during the "servicing" by Rescue Air three months before) told me how
much it would be to fix which I felt was a little high. He also tried the usual
sales pitch for the "yearly maintenance fee" service to come in and service,
which all these companies do. HOWEVER, he was very ... polite about it, treated me
with respect and did not pressure me or try scare tactics when I said no. The
job he did was VERY thorough. He also took the time to explain how I could avoid
this in the future.the other company had done a
crappy job fixing and he looked at it. He said "wait a minute," went to his
truck, brought out his drill and secured the panel the other company had ..
(you will not believe this) DUCT TAPED closed. He did not charge me and even
helped me pull off the duct tape the other company had left on
there. I got information, prompt service, thorough service, treated with
respect, a fair price for the time spent. In my experience, James and his crew
are not some slick sell- you-anything, hyped up, scare you into spending a lot
of money HVAC company. I will call these folks again to get whatever I need.

Best deal in town with great customer service!
I talked to 4 other Heating & Air companies and was offered the best cost to value proposal from Cornerstone. The others were very good but Cornerstone heating and Air gave me a great deal. They were a pleasure to work with and completed the job on time. The next day I had a question for them, and they returned my call immediatly. This is a company that is customer driven and knows how to treat them right.

I looked at the 2 other reviews which were good and decided to give these guys a try. They were very professional and honest. I knew they ran into some problems they didn't plan on, but they were true to their word and kept to the quote and finished the work in a timely manner, and fixed a couple other things. I would use these guys again. Seems like a good family run business.

Cornerstone gives excellent service. The customer service agents are
professional and courteous. The AC repair person was dilignet and knowledgeable
and a joy to work with. I would recommend Cornerstone anytime.
